Regular oily fish consumption, 1-2 servings per day not only is cardioprotective but have been shown to reduce the risk of breast cancer by 14%. Other benefits of oily fish includes an improvement in cognitive function and skin/hair and nails, linked to fat soluble vitamins we cannot get from fruits and vegetables.
